1. General Terms

We wish to make these terms and conditions as straightforward as possible, and we are delighted that you are taking the time to read these carefully! These terms and conditions are designed to protect everyone (the advertiser and the buyer). Please let us know if any aspects are unclear. Failure to abide by the following terms may lead to your access to dogbreeder being limited and/or revoked.

2. Purchasing a Puppy / Dog / Service

Should you proceed to purchase a puppy, a dog, or a service from an advertiser: the contract formed for that is one made solely between you and the advertiser. We recommend you perform your own buyer’s due diligence.

• Dogbreeder is not a party to any contract. We are not liable for the contract, its performance, or any claim arising from it.
• Dogbreeder makes no warranty as to the quality or fitness of any puppies offered for sale. Buyers should have their puppy checked by a vet.
• Breeders advertising are responsible for compliance with Animal Health and Welfare (Sale or Supply of Pet Regulations) 2019, which requires licence details and microchip information in ads.
• Buyers are strongly advised to meet the breeder, the dam, and the puppy before committing to purchase. Avoid meeting at car parks or business locations.
• The information on this website is published with the kind permission of breeders and should not be reproduced electronically or otherwise without consent.

3. Your Use Of The Site

You agree to provide the correct information on your account and in your ads, and only create one account. You will keep ads up to date. To use dogbreeder you will need an active email account and an Irish or UK mobile phone number.

Private Seller (Republic of Ireland):
Sellers that sell or supply fewer than 6 dogs per year are classed as a Private Seller. They do not need additional registrations. Supply counts include giving pets to friends, family, and acquaintances as well as sales.
